Stuttgart, 10 July 2012: S_Life - project - first General and Supervisory Board meeting

The EU-project S_Life, comprising 7 partners from 6 European countries:

started in January 2012. The first general assembly meeting now took place in July to discuss the first results and further steps of the project.

The project analysis new technological approaches and solutions throughout the automotive product lifecycle - from design and manufacture through to dismantling and recycling of various materials.

To this end, the S_LIFE project aims at a developing the cooperation between European world-wide class clusters in order to help them develop new scientific (multi-disciplinary research environment), economic (new business model covering entire value chain) and structural (RTD and new technologies-oriented) coherent greening solutions all along the value chain.
